Orders - Shipping

Delivery methods and associated costs.

Delivery in Greece is by courier mail within 1-2 business days from order placement, with shipping being free. Payment method is by credit card or paypal for online purchases, or by cash on delivery for telephone and e-mail orders.

Delivery in the European Union takes place by post (as registered mail) within 4-10 business days from the day when the order was placed. Shipping costs across all European Union countries are 10 euros per shoes order (irrespective of the number of pairs ordered), and 15 euros per boots orders (again for all boots included in a single order ). Payment method is by credit card or paypal for online purchases, when delivery is available to all European Union countries.

For all other international destinations delivery takes place by post (as registered mail) with a shipping cost of 20 euros per shoes order (irrespective of the number of pairs ordered), and 30 euros per boots orders (again for all boots included in a single order ). Delivery time may vary according to destination.

 Product  return policy.

Customers may return products to Chopine for  replacement within 5 business days from the day when products are received,  at the customer's expense if a replacement is desirable. Delivery costs for the replacing product will be paid by Chopine.

Customers may return products to Chopine asking  for a refund within 5 business days from the day when products are received. From the refunded amount the cost of the original shipment will be deducted. Delivery costs for the product return will be paid by the customer.

In order for such replacements to take place, the following conditions must apply:

• 1) All products must be demonstrably unused, and they - together with their packages - must be in perfect condition.
• 2) Shoes have to be tried on upon carpet or other similarly harmless to the product surfaces.

Customer protection.

 Chopine will not provide third parties with any data pertaining to its customers or their  purchases. Our shop does not file, or even acquire knowledge of any data pertaining to credit card transactions since these are handled exclusively by the banking services.
